Product is very bad. Just after receiving the product, another person on the call is unable to hear my voice. Moreover volume decreasing button increases the volume instead of decreasing it. Moreover they are not returning or replacing the product. Will never purchase any zebronics product in future.

Voice hearing quality is good
This only works for audio which don't have background sound, when I try to watch youtube video with this earphone, the audio coming but video getting stuck. When removed earphone then video works fine.
