I typically avoid writing negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this Amazon Basics product. I trusted the brand, but it has let me down.Marketed Play Time (as I understood it):15 hours of continuous playtime for the earbuds (at ??% volume) x 3 charges from the case = approximately 45 hours.Actual Play Time:3 hours max for calls at 50% volume for the earbuds + 1.5 charges from the case = approximately 7 hours.Even if the actual call speaking time with earbuds lasted 5 hours instead of 3, it would last me a full day at work. As it stands, I have to charge the earbuds twice a day to get through my office hours. So, this earbud is an absolute NO if you are going to use it for calls.I replaced the first set of earbuds thinking they had a faulty battery since they didn't last more than 2.5 hours on calls. The replacement set had the same poor battery life.For around 1000 rupees, here's my assessment:Comfort: They are comfortable to wear with no heating inside the ears. There might be some mild initial discomfort, but you'll get used to it after a week (you won't even feel them in your ears)Audio Quality: Good for this price point.Quad ENC Mic: At this price point, it does a mediocre job. It picks up noise from nearby people and muffles your voice when external noise is high.Battery Life: Horrendous compared to what is marketed.Conclusion:You get what you pay for, despite the misleading claims from a reputed brand. I should have opted for higher-budget earbuds.

Easy to carry and use, sound also good and very fast charging.

After 3 months of purchasing this product it's not working now. It's not charging and not even shown in the Bluetooth range. Company is giving 1 year warranty but has not given any option to claim it. Totally waste product. I recommend you all not to purchase from Amazon.

Wow, just amazing sound quality. No less than my super expensive brand ear buds in sound quality and much better battery. Just used for an hour though, but am impressed by this product.I didn’t realize this product last week and bought another brand for similar price, which left me disappointed with the quality (did not want to name the brand here). After using that poor quality ear buds for 2 days, I found this amazing Amazon Basics product and was expecting this to have little better quality music. I am left speechless and amazed after trying the product this morning. Brilliant buds, i love it !!Design looks great, quality looks good, noise cancellation was almost 100%. Worth every penny spent on this. Just go for it.

I liked the battery life which last almost a week for me. The voice clarity is good.Noise cancellation is not so good, many times I prefer to disconnect and then talk on call.If you are using this to watch movie...then you can buy this product.

These are the best earphones I’ve tried in a while! Their sound quality is INSANLY GOOD!They fit in pretty well too! They come with extra ear tips for extra comfort. The appearance is good too! They come in a matte finish. If you have a budget, these are the best! The amount of effort put in these is INSANE!
