Very very superb product. The first impression of the look, the build, the connectivity is goodNext coming to the sound. I wouldn't need to increase volume more than 70% as i used to do with other earphones before. If you are looking for good earbuds for music and decent gaming with good app support with some great Equalizer modes to adjust your listening to your need, then you can definitely go for this. And soundcore products never disappoints in providing good music listening experience.Through app we can setup controls and there are 22 Equalizer modes, We can enter gaming mode and we can check battery percentage. There is even "find my device" option which can be used to locate your earbuds single or both at a time.

Very Bad Customer Support. They will just Email you... they will not give solution or replacement or true customer service & support.TicketTNZ210160568My product stopped working within few months.Issues are,1. Not charging.2. Connectivity lost.3. Left side not working.
