The media could not be loaded.  It's been almost an year since I purchased the JBL Tune NC 130 earpods.I had a really good experience with them.Sound : 4/5The sound is great , some of the best sound available for this price point. The base is above average .The sound quality is way better with the ANC on .The equaliser is versatile and can be accessed via the app.Connectivity: 5/5They are very easy to connect, They automatically connect on opening the lid.Even if your bluetooth is off Google devices can detect them and offer to connect them for you .ANC : 3/5ANC is good .It will eliminate approx 10-15 db. Will improve your music experience. However do not expect significant difference in noisy environments .The talk through function is rarely usable as it amplifies the surrounding noise to a very high extent and makes conversations really difficult.Voice clarity. 3.5/5Good voice clarity on reciever end .ANC automatically kicks in to boost the quality on voice calls . However the person on the other side gets an amplified feedback from the surroundings. They may complaint of noisy surroundings when you are using earpods.Charging : 5/5Excellent battery back up .Both earphones as well as the case .Even on heavy usage the case needs to be charged fully only once in 10 -15 days . Battery back up is solid even outside the case . Loved this aspect.Durability: 5/5Can withstand rough use .Multiple falls from an approx height of 5 feet . Case is also quite durable.Customisable nature :5/5Keystrokes and functions can be customised by using the JBL app which is really great.Best feature ever :Track the earbuds. Lost my ear buds multiple time , you can trace the earbuds by the sound emitted by them via the JBL app .I have lost them in cinema theatres , streets and the home as well, but have found them each and every time with this function.Really superb. kudos.Overall: Really versatile budget earpods.Easy on the pocket and durable.Good sound with okay noise cancellation.Good software and application backup.Thank you JBL❤️A happy customer.

Decent enough earbuds , got it on sale so I think it's worth the price . Definitely not worth the MSRP of 7k for sure .1st if all , connects and pairs super easily unlike some other tws *cough*skullcandydime*cough* , no headaches and straightforward. Just for this part I love these ( yes I'm traumatised by Skullcandy lol)Build quality feels a little lacking for the case , the buds themselves feel solid . I read another review saying that they hurt the ears , had the same issue but resolved once I changed the bud tips to a smaller size . They fit nicely and don't feel like they're going to fall off anytime soon .The sound quality is great, the microphones work good as well . The JBL app is also a nice addition, ample features for this price point for people who want that . I'm not an audiophile so I don't really notice the difference in profiles and such , it sounds good for me & I'm happy with it . Although the app could use some optimisation & hopefully it happens soon , it's a little slow but good enoughThe active noise cancellation is decent , since it's my first experience ever with this feature maybe I was expecting too much from it ? I don't have a baseline to compare it to , so I feel it's good enough lolThe biggest issue with these is the call quality, for some reason the people on the other end are extremely muted , they can hear me clearly but I can't hear them , it's like the volume is at the lowest even though it's not ? Idk what's the issue , maybe there's some settings I haven't figured out yet , so if your main purpose is phone calls with these earbuds I would suggest looking elsewhere. Otherwise it's awesome !

Let's talk about elephant in the room :1) are they great, answer is : no.2) are they good enough : maybe3) but can they be made great doing some modifications : yes and noEdited comment : (Given four stars earlier, reducing to 3 stars because I completed stopped using this as cons overshadowed the pros. It's unbearable now.)Note : I am audiophile, so sound quality is important too me.I have been using this earphone for month now , so lets list pros and cons.Pros :1) these are best for music listening ,hear me out only for music listening.2) Battery is really really great (10/10) it's really really really really good.3) build quality is good4) app provided by JBL is really damn impressive(This is where the 3rd point comes , where you can make them great by doing modification for voice).5) it's overall good sounding earphones6) microphone quality is good.Let's talk about theI am using for 1 month ,these cons will be good starting point for those who want to buy it.Cons :1) app sometimes don't work , I have to put by buds back in my case and then take it out , reconnect to keep app working. ( Sometimes annoys me)2) fit in ear : I am never satisfied with the fit in the ear there is always in back of my mind that they are going to fall but they don't , but over time it actually really annoys I person to alway think that they are going to fall, bear in mind I am using for month ,it is not nice feeling to have that ear phone is always going to fall.3) (only applicable when watching video)lets talk about sound quality , I don't know this is me only or not but I have used various earphones, neckbands and headphones in past but never faced this issue in the past . The issue is the loundness in vocals is really loud some times , what I mean to say is if I am watching some movie and somebody shouts it just becomes too loud(for me) I have earphones called : sony MDR - XB55AP, never faced this specific issue with them.4) vocal sync/lips sync problem : at start of video it takes 1,2 secs to lip sync with the video which is really annoying sometimes. It happening all the time, when I start the video, when I pause and play the video when new episode starts . This is a problem.(as video continues it becames fine, there is no more lip sync , it's only when video is started or paused and played again)5) most of the problem with this earphone is with watching the videos : lip sync issue at start of video, sudden loudness when somebody shouts (this is so random that it becomes noticable)Now you remember that I told you these issues can be solved and this earphone can be made great , yes we can do that by JBL headphone app.You can fine tune your equaliser at solve loudness issue. You can switch the type to video type to make lip sync issue gone.By app you can make this a great earphone but the problem is that they should not be dependent on app to be great. For example I have a Bluetooth tv so this earphone can connect to TV but because this app is not available for TVs it just do not perform that well . But if you are going to use mobile phones and tablets then you can make them great. At this price point they are good like 7/10 ,but not great like 10/10. Seen quite a few better sounding earphones in thile past not like these are bad but they are 7/10 ,lets be most generous : 7.5/10
