Writing after 1 year of use:So i bought this product in Sept 2023. After 2-3 months of use while i was jogging it started malfunctioning. Its “next” button was not functioning. Then i went home and did not use it for 5-10 days. Later when i used it again it was functioning fine. But after 30 mins it started showing the same problems. Next and previous buttons were not functioning. Then within a few minutes power button also stopped working, volume kept changing on its own etc.I contacted customer care and then sent it back for warranty. After 15 days it came back with the reply that its working fine. I was not surprised. This problem kept happening again and again several times and all i had to do was to stop using it for 2-3 days and then it would work.Then i stopped using it while jogging. After 6 months of use another problem happened. It stopped charging beyond 20% even after charging for several hours. But they promptly replaced it under warranty.Then with the replaced piece i went jogging again. For 2 months no issue, but again same issues started.Conclusion: These headphones start malfunctioning the moment they come into contact with slightest of sweat. Rest the function fine and the battery life is also good.

Battery life and audio quality is very good. The cons I found is that the it is too loud at 100 percent, better keep it at 60-70 percent for max volume. Also the hooks that are near eartips don't do their work. A good product for its price!

Headphones are great but the charging cable is so small it's only as big as my palm. Kindly provide the cable which a person can use, not a cable which can't be used by us at any cost.Voice quality is goodCharging and discharging is also very goodButton and speaker is on the right side of headphone cable which makes us difficult to communicate many times. My earlier boat headphones were having that on the left side neckband itself and which made my work of communication easier.

My personal openion"The first problem is that my ears are small. So it was difficult for me to let the earphone of neck band stay in my ears, I even tried changing them with the extra two sets of ear tips that came with it, but still, the earphones were not fitting in my ears. So, I used the ear tips from my Boat 441 Pro TWS, now this has touch sensors for volume up, volume down, pause, okay, next, and previous song. The issue was that during gym time, when I was sweating and when ever the neckband touch sensor part comes in contact with my t-shirt ( I wore round neck tshirt), the song would pause or the neckband would shut down or and the song would change. The sound quality of this neck band is only better with audio effects in phone, Without audio effects, my old Boat 441 Pro TWS sounds better; the bass, vocals, everything is better without effects. The neckband is good, but for me, (what sounds good without effects is the real deal)."

Pros:> Lightweight> Good calling experience> Sound quality is also good> Features like magnetic on/off and ENC calling work as requiredCons: (Prefer BLACK color, might eliminate some cons)Do not rely on YouTubers' reviews claiming "premium design."> Low-quality plastic is used; I prefer the plastic body because of lightweight, BOAT used to provide earlier.> The LED indicator is always on, and since it is a plastic body, the LED spot is visible, which is not looking good.> The in-ear bud is large and made of plastic. Although plastic construction isn’t an issue, the shiny silver coating looks very cheap and low quality might get faded after some time.

This is value for money product.Sound quality is awesome.Durability is ok not very good but ok.size is normal.Overall functionality is good but the colour is not like we see in the picture
